Use zaatar as a flavor rub for fish and chicken.
Use zaatar spread as a base for salad dressings, spread it on a bagel with strained yogurt, use it on sandwiches, as part of cheeseboard, or spread it over flattened dough and bake for 20 minutes for a delicious bread.
For traditionalists, simply pour some extra virgin olive oil into a small bowl, dip a small piece of bread into the oil and then into zaatar bread dip.
